Our client is looking for a confident Lettings Negotiator. They are a well established Lettings agent who pride themselves on providing a first class service for both Tenants and Landlords. They want a Negotiator who will build on the lettings side of the business to increase market share and make the company more profitable.
Applicants will have excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with a leading company.
To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
Good IT skills
Smart appearance

Interpersonal
Customer Service skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative
A proven track record in lettings and winning instructions
Local area knowledge
A full driving licence
A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
