Experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Wapping

Basic Salary £21,000 plus an excellent commission structure

Full licence and own car required

Our client is a growing, independent estate agent. You will join a supportive team who values the importance of building strong and trusting relationships both internally and externally.

They currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team.  The successful candidate would play a key role in further developing and growing the business.

We are looking for a passionate and determined salesperson with impeccable standards and the ability to impress through results. The right person will have a minimum of 1 Year experience in either lettings or property sales and be flexible to do both as part of the role. 

The role requires you to have a full driving licence and your own car; and you must be able to work Saturdays.

Duties you will be required to undertake:

• Working professionally and proactively to meet targets in a busy and high energy environment.


• Proactively making sales & lettings calls to potential tenants/buyers and landlords/vendors.


• Handling enquiries over the telephone and in person from applicants, vendors, and potential landlords


• Attending viewings, valuations, surveys, and other meetings as required


• Producing reports, brochures, promotional material


• Travelling to properties and conducting viewings with applicants


• Negotiating the sales or letting of a property over the phone, in person and by email


• Updating Expert Agent in an accurate and thorough manner to capture all relevant information.


• All admin tasks related to sales, lettings and office including monitoring of inboxes for new enquiries.


• Managing the office premises in a safe, secure, and responsible manner
