Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.30pm
Customer Service is at the forefront of this business with our client’s ethos being “do what is right for the client, always” This together with the latest technologies and an amazing high street location means they are one of the most successful estate agents in the area.
They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who has experience in both Block and residential property management. To join their team of 5 Property Managers who together do a fantastic job of keeping this department ticking over harmoniously.
Some of the responsibilities for this role:
Daily portfolio management including repairs and maintenance.
Continue strong relationships with freeholders, leaseholders and directors.
Monitor Service Charge budgets.
Serving section 20 notices.
Project management for Major Works Projects.
Completion of LPE1 Forms.
Managing blocks in accordance with the lease.
Basic knowledge of health & safety legislation within residential blocks of flats.
Carrying out site inspections (Driver Essential)
Knowledge of CFP software an advantage
Candidates will have around , 2 years block management experience, you should be professional, self-motivated and have a positive attitude and be ready to jump on board this highly productive and efficient Property Management Team.
