Basic Salary £35,000 - £45,000 plus commission OTE £100k
Our client is an independent estate agency, with over 25 years London property experience. Their aim is to be recognised for their superior professional service and their intimate local knowledge of all areas. Specialising in all aspects of residential property.

We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their land & new homes knowledge and skills. This agent is continuously looking for opportunities to improve and are looking for the right individual to head up their land & new homes division to bring new thinking and embrace our legacy.
The role requires you to have personal drive, persistence and be incredibly organised, and you must have the following experience:
Has worked in Residential Agency, but has listed new developments
Worked as a Senior Branch Manager within a residential agency
Has strong interpersonal skills
Is highly driven and motivated to hit given KPIs
Strong negotiation skills
Understands new build and land (essential), along with knowledge of plans and proposals
Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous
Knowledge of the London & Home Counties property markets
Knowledge of Land Insight/ Nimbus
Responsibilities will include:
Achieve successful sales rates on new developments
Maximise new business opportunities
Deliver exceptional standards of service to all clients
Leading a New Homes team to optimise result
Knowledge and experience of using Land Insight
Identifying development opportunities and pitching to potential buyers
Working with landowners to maximise on site values
Appraising new homes schemes and pitching to potential clients
