Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm and only one Saturday in 12 9am - 5pm
Just for you, this is a great opportunity to join adedicated team of property professionals working for a well-known brand. They are looking for a Property Manager who will be dedicated to offering their clients an exceptional service. Working in a vibrant office with an experienced team this really is a great move for a career Property Manager.
You will be experienced in all aspects of property management, working in a great team of 12 property managers who make managing 1400 properties look easy! Personally, you will be responsible for 130-150 properties. To work well within this team means you will be highly organised and self-sufficient, we want you to be feeling confident enough to jump straight in!
As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
Managing a portfolio of up to 150 properties.
Booking relevant contractors to maintain the decoration and repairs of the property.
Processing insurance claims.
Preparing properties for letting.
Conducting routine visits and creating reports for the landlord.
Being aware of Health & Safety.
Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld.
The Individual
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
A minimum of 12 months property management experience.
Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
