Salary £25,000 - £27,000 plus commission, OTE £60,000 plus car allowance
An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are seeking a full time Head of New Homes for our client in North London. The purpose of the role is to take the lead on all the client's New Homes business throughout the North London area. Working from existing land deals and taking instructions for re-sales, whilst gaining clients and instructions unrelated to the land deals. You must be capable of managing pre-scheme investment sale services and buy to let clients. The role will involve attending some evening functions and weekend scheme openings. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to work under their own initiative to take on and expand this important area of the business.
