We are looking for a Branch Manager who is at the top of their game and is looking to join an agency who are working towards creating the future of Estate Agency in London.
They have a vision to serve the whole of the London property market and consistently deliver the best results for their clients while moving with the times. Having worked many years in the property industry, they saw a gap in the market to streamline processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience and that’s why they have created an estate agency that combines traditional services with modern processes.
You will be confident managing a team and know all there is to know about both sales and Lettings, they are looking for candidates who really can share their vision, who are always ready to handle a variety of situations, are well presented and articulate. Your personality is one that wins people over and your ability to develop relationships quickly will show from the minute you first meet.
We wants a passionate and determined salesperson with impeccable standards and the ability to impress. With a minimum of 2-3 years’ in a senior position, you must be able to work in the UK without restrictions and of course provide proof of this at interview stage
The role will involve:
Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generating new ideas.
Driving high value sales through the office.
Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for high conversion rates.
Complying with all relevant legislation in the industry.
Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service.
Consistently demonstrating the ability to pre-empt and fully understand customer needs and requirements.
About you:
A minimum of 2 years experience in Estate Agency.
Proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets.
The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.
A full and clean UK driving licence.
