Salary 35K basic profit share and Petrol allowance. (OTE 40K)
Working Hours: MONDAY – FRIDAY 9 – 5.30PM
Our client is looking for a Senior Block Manager for their busy Property Management department. You will be responsible for looking after a growing portfolio of around 30 blocks working with one other part-time Block Manager, so must have excellent people management skills.
You must be meticulous and responsible with experience within a similar role.
Reporting into company Director you will:
Manage the Block Management department.
Deal with general day to day leasehold block management queries
Carrying out inspections to ensure buildings are in good order
Identify maintenance related matters and deal with accordingly
Liaise with and manage contractors
Arrange health, safety and fire risk assessments
Assist with the preparation of service charge budgets
Involvement with some major works projects
Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld.
The Individual:
Driver with own vehicle
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Firm knowledge of all property management law
Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Be a highly organised and have exceptional diary management skills
Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
