Branch Manager – Finchley Central

Salary £30,000 - £33,000 OTE £55,000 + Car allowance

5-day week, 2 Saturdays off per month

Our client is a Multi Award Winning Independent Estate Agent with contemporary offices covering the North London area. Are you a Branch Manager with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service. You will work from your own initiative and be able to embrace change and motivate others to do so. You will have a proven track record in exceeding targets, building strong relationships with customers, and obtaining new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing an efficient and effective branch 


• Valuing Properties 


• Training Staff


• Rolling out monthly targets to staff 


• Conducting monthly One to Ones 


• Devising Marketing Plans with team


• Chairing Morning Meetings


• Ensuring branch is performing


• Dealing with complaints 


• Motivating staff 


• Vendor contact 


• Prospecting 


• Winning instructions


• Overseeing the lettings department 


• Reporting figures to directors


• Attending monthly management meetings

Branch Manager - Key Skills and Ability to; 

• Deliver excellent customer service

• Confidently use company software


• Be able to negotiate confidently


• Be determined and focused to secure new business


• Positive attitude in all situations
