PEAR Recruitment - Senior Lettings Negotiator – Crouch End
Salary £21,000, OTE £40,000, Company car
Hours- Monday, Tuesday and Friday – 9am – 6pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm
Our client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their branch in Crouch End to work within a friendly team. A well-respected lettings and management company with excellent local knowledge and fantastic relationships. Have you previously worked within a busy lettings environment, do you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and looking for your next step within the industry please send your CV.

About the role:
- Attracting new business and increasing market share
- Conducting market appraisals and negotiating competitive fees
- Developing relationships with existing and new landlords
- Calling and meeting with landlords.
About you:
- Live in and around the North London area
- cfp experience
- 3 years of experience within lettings
- ARLA Qualified
