- Senior / Lettings Negotiator – Worcester Park
Salary - £20,000 – £25,000 + Commission (Car Allowance after probation passed)
Working Hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Every other Saturday 10am – 3pm
Our client is looking for a letting’s negotiator with a minimum of 1 year experience to join their branch in the popular location of Worcester Park. Priding themselves on professionalism and experience this is a fantastic brand to become part of. Do you have a good eye for detail a meticulous and detailed approach to work. Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Minimum 1 years’ experience required
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Full UK driving licence.
