Property Recruitment Consultant
We are always keen to hear from new dynamic individuals looking to join a rapidly established and fresh property recruitment company.
The role itself is extremely varied and you will be doing everything from answering calls, registering and interviewing candidates, talking to clients and developing relationships with both existing and new clients.
We are ideally looking for someone who has already worked within recruitment if possible on a temp desk or someone with an Estate Agency background with strong connections in either the London or Home County markets.
Strong communication skills, highly motivated, attention to detail and a very "can do" personality are essential for this role as well smart appearance.
In return we offer you a competitive basic salary and a great commission structure which is uncapped. We are a small team and enjoy working in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere and are looking for you to be part of our success from day 1. We are based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
