Where possible we will endeavour to meet most of our candidates, but even if we can't we will make sure that they are pre-qualified and interviewed by us so that we can learn about their achievements and successes prior to being sent to you.
Once we have successfully placed a candidate we will obtain professional references for them, so that we deal with the complete cycle from start to finish. Rest assured that we will not approach candidates who have been placed by us, and this is the one policy we are very strict on.
