- Description
- We need a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of let and managed properties for this agency in North London guaranteeing all aspects of property management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure to develop their property management experience.
Package
Monday to Friday: 8.45am - 6pm
£35,000 - £40,000
Parking available
Responsibilities includes:
Overseeing portfolio of approximately 100 managed and 70 let properties
Arranging maintenance and contractor visits
Processing tenancy swaps
End of tenancy processing
General enquiries
Requirements for this role:
Minimum of 2 year’s experience
Experience of looking after your own portfolio
ARLA Essential
Driver with own vehicle
