An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our clients Central London multi award winning International real estate firm as a Property Consultant in the Sales division.

As a Property Consultant in the Sales division, you will need to maximise revenues and grow the property register as an instruction taker for the branch. Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations. Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets.
As a Property Consultant in the Sales division, you also have a unique opportunity to engage with our investors and have the international market to enter. We work with two of the largest developers in Dubai and collaboratively work with them in selling luxury apartments, town houses, villas and penthouses that also come with very generous remuneration.
A bonus structure that rewards high achievers with a healthy sliding scale commission structure, meaning the more you do, the more you earn, it really is that simple! They are also one of the very few agents that pay additional bonuses to staff for stock generation. Rewarding the team members for going above and beyond the call of duty with monthly additional voucher-based bonuses of your choice. If that’s not enough to keep you motivated, you also receive an end of year bonus of £5,000.00 for achieving certain targets and this does not form a part of your monthly remuneration!
Previous industry experience is essential as you will need to evidence your time within the residential Sales arena and can work in a very fast paced and target orientated environment!
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30am to 18:30pm. (Late finishes as and when required)
Friday 08:30am to 18:00pm
Alternate Saturdays 10:00am – 16:00pm (More as and when required to cover team members absences and holidays this is the responsibility of the department manager)
Salary:
First year with OTE £55,000 - £70,000 including your basic salary
