Flexible working hours
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Inventory Clerk to join their team. They are looking for candidates ideally with at least one years experience who are driven, motivated and confident working under pressure.
The role of Inventory Clerk will require you to:
Collect keys from estate agents / gain access to properties
Compile reports on property conditions along with lists of their furnishings on computer tablet.
Taking photographs in properties
Taking meter readings in properties
Meeting tenants / landlords if required – discuss findings with tenants / landlords if required
All candidates also require the following:
Excellent written and spoken English
Fully IT literate and confident (Microsoft packages, particularly Word)
A good eye for detail
Punctual with good time and self- management skills
Reliable
Smartly dressed, professional appearance (We insist no denim or casual shoes)
Confidence and ability to work alone.
