If you are an experienced and pro-active Property Manager looking to work in a productive and friendly office this could be the position you are looking for.
Our client is looking for a Property Manager for their Hackney Office. You must be tenacious and responsible. Ideally your will have property management experience, although they would welcome applications from exceptional candidates without any property experience. We are especially looking for highly organised candidate and possess excellent time management and customer service skills you will be able to work in a fast-paced professional environment. Duties include but not restricted to: -
Managing incoming calls
Referencing & property preparation for tenancy move ins
Maintenance issues
Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
Organising Management visits.
Organising Check-Out appointments.
Carrying out periodic inspections on managed properties
Tenancy Renewal & move out process
Creating and sending lettings and maintenance invoices in a timely manner.
Managing accounts and chasing invoices, liaising with accounts
Creating & distribution of marketing letters and mailers
Essential Requirements: -
At Least 1-2 years Administration experience
Must have strong verbal communication skills, and excellent written English.
Professional approach to customer service.
A focused approach to carrying out tasks efficiently with great attention to detail.
An ability to think independently to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Exceptional grasp of English (both spoken and written – grammar and spelling).
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, relevant CRM software,
Well organised with excellent time management skills.

The base salary will be £23,000 - £28,000 (depending on relevant experience).
Commission Structure: There will be an additional commission structure for new business taken on (details to be discussed at interview stage).
Additional Bonus Structure: Based on performance and efficiency when carrying out tasks (details to be discussed at interview stage).
OTE: The total approx OTE is £30,000 to £38,000 per annum (based on various targets being met).
Working Hours are:
8.45am to 5.45pm – Monday to Friday.
