5 DAY WEEK, EVERY OTHER SATURDAY
We need a character who can bring all the joy of sales and Lettings to this boutique agency in Fulham. This company is an international independent who provide the highest service levels and pride themselves on their pro-active mindset! Sounds interesting right? Well, they are and the opportunities that are available are too!
We are looking for a duel neg with solid experience who knows there way around this market. You know what the competition is like in this neck of the woods and are driven to go above and beyond to constantly win new business and drive this office forward.
Day-to-day duties include:
Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let
Offering services to landlords & vendors
Developing leads into viewings/instructions
Carrying out viewings
Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market
Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let
Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback
Negotiating offers
Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements
