Our client is an award-winning, independent estate agent in North London. The company has a great reputation within their area and due to development are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Assistant Manager to join a successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
