My client is currently looking for an ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to work within their branch due to increasing levels of business. We are looking for ambitious candidates experienced in dealing with all aspects of lettings, including DSS.
The successful candidate duties will include:
Accomplished at winning new business and negotiating lettings contracts,
Strong interpersonal skills to create a meaningful client relationship, exceptional sales ability to close business successfully
Administration & property management
You will focus on building and maintaining market share in a competitive environment
We expect you to be fully conversant with acts appropriate to the lettings industry, including the housing act, consumer protection regulations 2008 and property ombudsman code of conduct.
Applicant’s skillset:
Experienced in a busy, successful and recognised Lettings Agency
Proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts.
You will need to be able to work under pressure,
Proactive, organised, focused and accessible.
An engaging and charismatic personality is essential,
Provide exceptional service at every opportunity.
