Are you an experienced Property Marketing professional who wants to join a friendly Estate agency team?
Our client is an extremely well established independent estate agency. They are looking for an experienced property marketing administrator to join their thriving business. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic office and develop your career.
As the Marketing Administrator you will be responsible for the production of marketing material produced for both and promotion of the company to a consistently high quality.
To prepare and publish both paper and digital (PDF) versions of Sales, Lettings, & Commercial property details, these to include floorplans where applicable, and to incorporating appropriate photographs. (Microsoft Word skills required)
To organise and maintain the video library. Monitor quality of output and report any issues to the relevant departmental manager.
Enhance photographs with blue skies, green lawns etc as appropriate. (Basic Photoshop skills required)
Create and Maintain records within the office back-office CRM system (Reapit) To include Sales, Lettings & Commercial
Liaise with vendor/landlord approval for brochure, digital marketing and AML requirements
Ensure sales contracts are prepared for each property and ensure there is appropriate ID & EPC instruction for all properties. Liaise with the appropriate team if any inconsistency.
Create property folders/files in Sharepoint/Teams.
Maintain the window display with up-to-date window cards, including the TV display.
Prepare & send sales invoices on exchange of property.
Ensure Rightmove, On the Market, Property Link & Collinson Hall websites are continuously updated with accurate information about availability and terms.
Website, Social Media content management including digital marketing campaigns.
Board presence management - Keep board spreadsheet updated weekly with these changes.
Feefo & Google reviews; proactively liaise with all staff weekly.
Oversee & manage the production & distribution of the canvass & marketing materials
Answering the telephone & message taking, dealing with general enquiries.
Property viewings.
