£20,000 + Commission (OTE £45K) Company Car (MINI COOPER)
Hours: 5 day working week to include Saturday
Our client is a market leading Estate Agent in South West London. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy office. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property industry who consistently push themselves to be the best and succeed.
Duties to include:
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
You must be well spoken, have experience in property sales and have immaculate presentation. You must be able to communicate at all levels. It is important that you are a self starter and can generate business without constant management.
A proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets, local market knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
