UP TO £18K + Commission + Car Allowance
Our client is looking for an experienced Negotiator who is experienced in residential Sales to join a great team. This Sales Negotiator will be responsible for maximising sales whilst providing exceptional customer service.
This role is busy and varied, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales, with additional marketing and administrative duties to ensure targets are met. You must be well spoken, have experience in property sales and have immaculate presentation. You must be able to communicate at all levels. It is important that you are a self-starter and can generate business independently.
Responsibilities will include:
Professionally handles sales negotiations.
Developing sales and marketing strategy, tactics, plans and profit targets.
To supervise the efficient administration of all procedures in pre and post sales.
Follow up viewings and secure offers, maintain a good relationship with applicants to generate future sales.
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents.
Maintaining applicant database.
Negotiating offers.
Co-ordinating sales to completion.
Conduct effective accompanied viewings.
Skills and experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries, purchasers and sales.
Exceptional reporting skills.
Demonstrate ability to work in a sales driven environment.
An organised and methodical approach.
Appropriate budget and report writing skills.
Attention to detail.
Have a resilient, positive and friendly attitude.
