£30,000 PLUS Bonus
Monday – Friday 9am - 6pm Saturday – Out of office mobile (10am – 2pm)
Our Client is looking for a Senior Property Manager for their Tufnell Park Office. You will be solely responsible for the management of 100 properties. You must be enthusiastic and responsible with property management experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate initiative and ideally have a good knowledge of the local area.
Duties will include, but not to be limited to, the following:-
Day to day maintenance of managed properties
Pre-tenancy maintenance
Knowledge of HMO licences (Camden and Islington)
Booking Inventory check in and check outs
Organising Gas Safety/Electrical Inspections as appropriate
Liaising between landlord, tenant and contractors
Organising Pre/post tenancy cleaning
Preparation of utility letters
Quarterly property inspections
Expiry letters and liaising rent reviews
Section 21 and Section 8 notices
Deposit return negotiation
Key cabinet monitoring
Requirements:
Experienced using Jupix
Great Customer service
Accuracy and attention to detail
Jupix software knowledge
Ability to work as part of a team
Enthusiastic and positive outlook
Excellent communication skills
ARLA qualified is preferential
DRIVER Pref – NOT ESSENTIAL
