Our client was established in 1995, and provide a comprehensive service in sales, lettings and Property Management within Harrow Weald and the surrounding area.
They are looking for candidates with an extensive knowledge of the local property market and 2-3 years experience as a sales Negotiator.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious negotiator as this company will support you in your desire to progress. You should be highly target driven and professional, possess excellent customer service skills and be very motivated. A full UK driving license is required.
You will be required to:
Maximising the overall income and profitability within the branch
Recruiting, inducting and leading a team of negotiators
Build and maintain customer relationships through regular contact and following up of leads
Carrying out viewings and market appraisals on residential properties
Providing a first-class customer service experience through the process
