Basic salary £15,000 + Commission + Car Allowance
Our Client is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator for their office. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, be well presented, highly organised and flexible in their working approach. At least 2 years previous experience in an estate agency environment.
To be considered for this role, applicants must be:
Able to list within the area
Conduct all aspects of negotiations
Competent let progression through to LET STC to LET
Dealing with problems or issues that may arise throughout the progression progress
Entrepreneurial Skills
Able to cover in the Managers and/or Assistant Managers absence
Working alongside the Assistant Manager and Manger to check tenancies are up to date as well as updating both landlords and tenants
Oversee all negotiations, let progressing and assist where needed
Have judgments to oversee and assist negotiations in all aspects of the job
Strong IT Skills

Self -motivating
Candidates must also have their own vehicle with business insurance for use when the pool car is not available
