My client is a fantastic boutique style agent based in a great location and pride themselves on offering a truly first class service. They are looking for a polished Lettings Manager and its essential you have experience within Highgate or the surrounding area.
As a Lettings Manger you will source and see business through to completion.
DUTIES
Sourcing out new business and seeing business through to completion
Working to financial, individual and teamtargets
Increasing the company turnover
Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Canvassing andmarketing
Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals
Negotiating terms & closing deals
Carrying out valuation & Market Appraisals
Maintaining Branch & Personal SalesTarget
Business Development / New Business Lead Generation
PERSON SPECIFICATION

Self motivatedESSENTIALCRITERIA
A full, valid UK or EU driving license and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for therole.
Minimum 2 years’ experience locally.
