A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rics qualified Commercial Property Manager to join our clients expanding team. You will be based in Hertford and run a sizable commercial portfolio.
This is an amazing chance to work for our client who has a great reputation as an established, fully accredited independent estate agency and letting agent with offices strategically located. Their primary focus is to provide the highest level of customer service to their clients and ensure that their expectations are always exceeded.
This role is suited to someone with a high level of customer relations, is self-motivated, positive and can handle pressure.
As a MRICS qualified individual you will have commercial property management experience. We are seeking an ambitious individual for this position. An excellent salary and package are on offer to the successful person.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join a team in Hertford. As Commercial Property Manager you will take on the management of a number of commercial properties and essentially look at ways of growing the department and a team. You will be involved in the day to day management of commercial properties, providing a first-class property management.
