Salary is up to £26k
Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Thursday (finish 5.30pm Friday)
Location: Based in Hampstead, nearest Tube Hampstead (Northern Line) or Hampstead Heath (Overground).
An opportunity to join a small marketing team at one of London's oldest independent letting and sales agents, specialising in investment property rentals in best parts of London. We are looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator for our clients small team situated in Hampstead. The marketing department is responsible for developing and delivering all marketing activity across the business in support of our trading objectives.
The ideal candidate should be living in London and either have experience of working in the UK property industry or have a good knowledge and a genuine interest in the property market.
We are looking for candidates with a Marketing degree and have at least two years’ experience working in a marketing environment.
The successful applicant will be a highly organised administrator, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to multi-task and work on few projects simultaneously and keep to agreed deadlines is essential.
Key tasks:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible mainly for but not limited to:
Answering phone for the department
Distribution and logging of branch email enquiries from website and providing report at the end of the month
Co-ordinating properties with branches and helping put print adverts together
Selecting properties for magazine editorial for write-ups, preparing and submitting to magazines
Assisting with co-ordination of content for e-newsletter, website, PR & social media
Managing image libraries; liaising with photographers, third-parties, branch staffand web team. Purchasingand record keeping
Branch liaison with updates re marketing collateral
Organising various content updates on website – some use of CMS and some liaising with web team for new staff updates, press/news and blog pages
Co-ordinating requests for branch visual media (signage, window & screen graphics)
Help with offline and online proof reading
Management & fulfilment of marketing collateral to the branches and international offices for events
Misc administration for the department including recording invoices, following up suppliers/web team/OAT and branch staff, filing, setting up meetings
Someone with a good grasp of ‘London life’ is likely to enjoy this role and have these key skills:
Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload
Excellent attention to detail
Able to communicate simply and cross-culturally, both written and oral
Good listening skills
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with accurate typing skills. Knowledge of/use of Wordpress and Photoshop useful
Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and able to adapt quickly under pressure
Easy-going character as we are always busy!
