- Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Golders Green
£15k - £20k + Commission (£40 OTE)
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator with a proven track record of sales & Lettings for their successful office. As a Negotiator you will be confident, responsible, well presented and highly motivated. You will have your own car and full, clean licence
Building and maintaining relationships with clients is a key part of the role.
Other duties to include:
Obtaining mortgage leads
Liaising with vendors, Landlords, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
You will have:
Good IT skills
Smart appearance
Organised
Interpersonal
Customer Service skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Experience of Lettings Contracts
Full Driving Licence and own vehicle
