Our client based in Crouch End is looking for an Assistant Manager. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property industry who consistently push themselves to be the best and succeed.
This successful applicant will be highly motivated with a minimum of two to three years’ experience. Ideal candidate will have proven track record and able to achieve set targets. Strong negotiator and good communication skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day to day running of the office
Generating new business
Valuations and listing
New tenancy set ups
Liaising with landlords & tenants
Carrying out morning meetings and team reviews
Ideally be ARLA qualified
A full UK driving licence
