- Senior Lettings Negotiator – Kentish Town
Our client is looking for a team player with drive, enthusiasm and energy. You will need to have impeccable people skills as this role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people. Excellent customer service skills are essential and an acute awareness of client relationships is required to succeed in this position. If you enjoy meeting and communicating with people and have a desire to succeed, together with an enthusiasm for providing the best service, then we want to hear from you.
Duties will include:
Registering applicants
Matching properties to applicants needs
Conducting viewings
Negotiating and Closing deals
Liaising with Clients, Landlords and Tenants
Canvassing of new properties
Dealing with paperwork
Hit targets
Qualifications:
Proven track record as a successful Lettings Negotiator
Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
Offer a first class level of customer service at all times
Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills
Customer focused
Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
Excellent communication skills
Must have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
