We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator for an independent Estate Agency covering East, North and Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join their office in the City.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 12 months’ residential lettings experience, good local knowledge, a professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move-in
New tenancy set ups
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence
