- Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Forest Hill (Monday – Friday)
Our client is a family owned Estate Agent in South London who offer a wide range of services within Lettings and Property Management but you will need experience within sales as they are expanding into this area.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to work in their Forest Hill office who has at least one years’ estate agency experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Arranging viewings for purchasers/tenants
Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers/landlords
Booking valuations
Chasing, progressing and negotiating offers through to completion/move ins
Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
Previous estate agency experience is essential
Full UK driving licence
Hours : Monday – Friday
