Our client is a leading independent agent who has four offices within the Hertfordshire area since 1990, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in their Hitchin office as they are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service. Previous Estate Agency experience is essential along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Respond to enquiries from potential buyers and sellers
Carry out valuations
Arrange viewings and accompany clients to view properties
Liaise with sellers, buyers and solicitors
Promote company brand to gain further instructions
