Our client is the largest estate agency brand in London and one of the fastest growing in England. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator for their Battersea office.
The successful candidate will have had a minimum of 1 years letting experience and be an energetic and highly driven individual who is looking for career progression in return for their hard work.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence
