We are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join my client who is a renowned and professional estate agency based in Limehouse, who are looking for a professional and well-presented individual to join their lettings team. A good knowledge of the local and surrounding would be of beneficial, along with a full clean driving licence and previous experience in lettings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential and a full UK driving licence.
