Our client in Luton is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their thriving branch. This is a chance to become part of a dynamic, well-established team where your contributions will be valued and recognised.

The role involves engaging with potential buyers and sellers, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Your ability to build and maintain relationships will be crucial, as will your knack for closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with the local property market in Luton will be advantageous, but a willingness to learn and adapt is equally important.

About the role:
- Communicating with customers both over the telephone and in person
- Book in & conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers & agree sales.
- Carry out basic administration.
- Generate and book in valuations & mortgage appointments.

- Able to demonstrate good customer service skills.
- Work as part of a team
- Positive, organised and reliable
- Full UK driver’s licences & use of own vehicle
