£15,000 - £19,000 OTE £40,000 – £45,000 + Car Allowance
Monday to Thursday – 8:30pm – 6:30pm
Friday 8:30pm – 6pm, Every other Saturday
Our Award-Winning client based in a stylish office in Clapham are looking for a trainee or experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team. They offer a first-class service with there we believe and Achieve attitude to everything they do.
Are you focused, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. Do you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy the Buzz of a high energy atmosphere. Then this could be the position for you. An amazing opportunity that is not to be missed.
Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential.
Full UK driving licence.
