Working Monday to Friday Only
Our client, based in West Drayton is looking a Renewals Manager to join their Property Management Department.
You will be experienced in Lettings Administration and have a strong understanding of Property Management and renewals.
Are you confident in time management and prioritisation? Yes? Then this maybe the role for you.

If you are ARLA qualified, that would be amazing, but most importantly your meticulous approach to work along with your excellent communication skills are what will get you placed in this role.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing tenancy renewals across the company’s complete property portfolio.
Maximising the renewal conversion rate and ensuring cross referrals.
Contacting both Landlord and Tenant ahead of tenancies end date and effectively negotiating a tenancy renewal.
Providing tenancy paperwork in accordance with legislative requirements.
Ensuring a high renewal rate
Constantly up to date with all letting’s compliance and litigation
Building and maintaining a great working relationship all internal and external colleagues.
Personal Specification:
Experience in a similar Lettings role.
Good administrative skills
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Enjoy working at a fast pace with high volumes.
An eye for detail
Enjoy working in a target driven environment.
