- Lettings Negotiator – Epsom
£18,000k basic salary OTE £35K Plus car allowance
Working Hours: Mon – Friday – 8:30am – 18:30pm Sat: 8:45am – 5pm, 1 Saturday in 3 off (a weekly day off in lieu for working a Saturday)
My client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their Market leading office in Epsom.
A trainee Lettings Negotiator will also be considered for the role.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
ARLA Qualified
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is preferred, A trainee will be considered
Full UK driving licence.
